Employer-provided training and productivity: Evidence from a panel of Japanese Firms

چکیده

This study presents evidence on the relationship between employer-provided training and productivity. The important contributions of this are its comparison relative contribution to productivity wages distinction manufacturing service firms. results indicate that significantly contributes labor productivity, particularly for firms in sector. elasticities stock similar size, meaning returns firms’ investments shared by their workers proportion wage share value-added.
